Shipping policy

Packages are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days of receiving payment.

• During busy periods, such as sales and other promotional periods, deliveries may take longer. In that case we would contact you and let you know by email. 
• Deliveries are free of charge for all orders over €200
• Delivery fees are €8.90 to ship in France, €23 for Europe and €30 for orders placed from the rest of the world.
• Returns and customs fees are at your expense.

They are shipped via Colissimo to France and some countries in Europe, with a tracking number and require a signature for their release. Packages can also be sent via Colissimo to a pick-up point; they require a signature for their release. Whichever delivery method you choose, we’ll send you a link to track your package online in real time.

To some other countries of Europe and the rest of the world, the parcels will be shipped via DHL. 

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.

Box dimensions are adapted to the items they carry, and your purchases will be properly protected.
